Copy after an instrument made by Carlo Grimaldi, 1697

This instrument is one of the most interesting instruments representing the art of the Italian school. The original is in the Germanisches National Museum in Nurnberg. The thin frame made of cypress wood with rich profiles gives it an elegant look.

The instrument sounds distinguished, very sponaneous, direct and surprisingly sustaining.

Possible to manufacture with lid.
